Meet Brittany

The Woman Behind the Massage

Hi, I’m Brittany Garcia-Vega, a Licensed Massage Therapist, massage therapy instructor, and owner of BGV Massage Therapy.

For the past 12 years, massage therapy has been more than just my career. It has given me the opportunity to help people better understand their bodies, work toward their wellness goals, and leave the table feeling a little better than when they walked in.

I believe your massage should be just as unique as you are. Your body, lifestyle, and goals are different from the person before you, so your massage shouldn't look exactly the same either.

That belief is at the heart of BGV Massage Therapy.

I wanted to grow, challenge myself, and create something that truly reflected the massage therapist I had become.

That push helped lead me to create Brittany Garcia-Vega Massage Therapy, where I have the freedom to truly listen to my clients, meet them where they are, and customize each session around what their body needs that day.

Why BGV

BGV originally came from the beginning of my name, Brittany Garcia-Vega. I started my business using my name, but as I continue to grow, I wanted something that could grow with me and with everything I have planned for BGV.

Now, BGV has a whole new meaning: Bodywork Gives Vitality.

Your time at BGV should be about more than who you're seeing or simply relaxing for an hour. It's about helping you move easier, feel better in your body, and get back to the things that make you happy and feel like yourself.

That's also why I knew I had to keep Relax. Restore. Renew.

Whether you're coming in to relax, work toward feeling better, or simply take some time for yourself, your experience is all about you.

Experience That Goes Beyond the Table

After 12 years as a Licensed Massage Therapist, I've had the opportunity to work with many different people, bodies, goals, and reasons for seeking massage.

My experience has also taken me into the classroom, where I teach massage therapy and help educate the next generation of massage therapists.

Teaching keeps me learning, challenges me to continually grow in my own knowledge, and gives me another way to share something I've spent more than a decade practicing.

I bring that same knowledge, curiosity, and attention to every person who gets on my table.

My Approach

Your goals come first.

Before your massage begins, we'll talk about what's going on with your body, how you're feeling, and what you'd like to get out of your session.

From there, I customize your massage to you. I may blend several techniques throughout your session depending on your goals and what your body needs that day.

That's also why my services are priced by time, not technique. I don't want your budget determining which techniques I can incorporate into your care.

No cookie-cutter appointments. Just personalized massage focused on you.

Beyond the Massage Table

BGV has also given me the opportunity to become more involved in the community I serve.

I love connecting with other local small businesses and wellness professionals, participating in community events, and finding opportunities to support the people and businesses around me.

For me, BGV is about more than growing a massage practice. It's about building relationships, supporting my community, and creating a place where people feel listened to and cared for.

Ready to See if BGV Is Right for You?

You don't need to know exactly what type of massage or technique you need before you book. That's my job.

Tell me what's going on, tell me what your goals are, and we'll build your session around YOU!

Why I Do What I Do

I know personally what it's like to live with everyday aches and pain and how much they can affect the things you want and need to do.

That experience has shaped the way I approach massage. I want to help people who deal with everyday tension, discomfort, and physical stress feel their best and continue doing the things they love.

Over the years, I've also worked in environments where the techniques I could use were determined by a service menu or company policies rather than what I felt would best support the person on my table.

I wanted something different.

Losing my mom became a major turning point in my life. It reminded me just how short life can be and pushed me to stop limiting myself to what other companies allowed me to do.
